Elementary Computer Technology – Digital Skills for the Future

Elementary Computer Technology introduces young students to the foundational skills needed to thrive in today’s digital world. Students learn basic computer operations, keyboarding, and digital literacy while also exploring age-appropriate tools for word processing, presentations, and creative design.

The course emphasizes problem-solving, responsible technology use, and online safety, teaching students how to navigate the digital world with discernment and integrity. Hands-on projects allow students to apply their skills in fun and practical ways, such as creating simple documents, slideshows, graphics, and coding activities.

By the end of the course, students will have developed confidence in using technology as a tool for learning, creativity, and communication—all while considering how to use digital resources wisely and to glorify God.
